If anything is wrong with a CD or LP you bought via another store, you should
solve it with them. However, if that does not work out, contact us and we'll see
where we can help.
Complaints about our release volume, song choices, photos in booklets, colors on
website, artists we sign: they are all welcome too. However, we treat them as
suggestions instead of complaints. Unless we have overlooked something and it
does in fact cause issues.
