Flemish lliterary legend Hugo Claus passed away in 2008. In the final month of his life he gave guitarist Erik Voermans permission to use recordings of the author reading from his own works. These readings have now been underscored with Voermans' ambient guitar settings in lush, literary dreamscapes. Basta is honored to release this worthy tribute to a great writer.
